Share your link
Share it with a brand that's new to hbd. They come in through your link, or name you in the "Who referred you?" field on our forms.

Earn when they pay
Each time the brand pays an hbd invoice, your 10% is recorded. You're paid monthly by bank transfer.
One rate, on every payment.
10% of what the brand actually pays hbd, after any discount and before tax.
Any service counts. Subscriptions earn on each payment, for as long as the brand stays an active hbd client.
- A brand you refer pays hbd $5,000 for a project
- $500to you
- A brand you refer pays a $1,000 monthly subscription
- $100for each month it's paid
Example amounts only, not hbd prices. Your 10% is worked out on what the client actually pays, after any discount and before tax.
- Active client means the brand has at least one paid hbd service or subscription running. Your 10% stops when the brand leaves.
- Comes back within 12 months? Your 10% restarts. After 12 months it's a new client, and no referral is paid.
- Paid NET-30. Example: commissions on October payments are paid on November 30.
- Unpaid or refunded payments earn nothing. If a payment is refunded before payout, its commission is removed.
Anyone can apply. Here's what counts.
Clients, partners and friends of hbd are all welcome to apply.
Who can join
- Anyone can apply. hbd reviews each application and can decline one.
- Referrers are independent: not hbd employees or agents. You handle your own taxes.
A referral counts when
- The brand is new to hbd.
- It comes in through your link, or names you in "Who referred you?"
- You're the first one recorded for that brand.
It doesn't count when
- The brand is already in our CRM as a lead or client.
- It's your own brand, or your own project with hbd.
- Someone else referred the brand first.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are listed on the 1st of each month and paid on NET-30 terms, by bank transfer. Every payment is at least 30 days old when its commission is paid.
Does the brand I refer get a reward?
No. The program is for referrers only.
How do I share my bank details?
Directly with hbd, never through a web form. Please don't add bank details to the application.
Do I need a tax form to join?
No. Once you earn your first commission, US referrers send hbd a Form W-9 through one secure upload link. Your first payout waits until the W-9 is in.
Do I have to say I earn a commission?
Yes. When you share your link, make it clear you earn a commission, in your own words, near the link. "#ad", "Paid link" or "I get a commission if you sign up" all work. Only say what's true about hbd, and don't promise results or prices on hbd's behalf.
Can the program change?
hbd can change or end the program with 30 days' notice by email. Commissions you already earned are still paid on the normal NET-30 schedule, as long as that brand is still an active hbd client.
